The world’s most valuable fintech firm, Ant Financial Services originated from Alipay, the third-party payments platform under the Alibaba Group. Today, it also runs a money-market fund and an online bank. Ant Financial has more than 450 million active users. It has also expanded into foreign markets, including the US, UK, Germany, Thailand and Australia, and expects more than 60% of its transactions to come from outside China by 2026. It targets to serve 2 billion users then.

He has a computer engineering degree and a master’s in Consultancy and Information Systems Implementation from the University of Deusto in Spain.He worked as a logistics consultant before co-founding business consultancy EBS in the African country of Angola. He returned to Portugal in 2001 and worked as a project manager for over eight years. He was also a director at Strategos until 2014. Gomez was the CEO and co-founder of Tradiio until April 2019.

Enrique Alcázar Garzas holds a double bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from Carlos III University in Madrid. He spent one year as an exchange student at Hanyang University in South Korea and returned home to work as an R&D intern for app development at a Spanish startup Natureh in 2016. He is the co-founder and CTO of blockchain startup Lingotts. The full stack blockchain developer also works on various projects at Grant Thornton and Santander Technology’s innovation lab. He co-founded NutraSign in 2018 and is in charge of the company's app and blockchain development as CTO.
