Caris LeVert is a professional basketball player in the USA’s National Basketball Association league, playing for the Brooklyn Nets. A graduate of the University of Michigan, he joined the Nets in 2016, after the Indiana Pacers swapped him for Thaddeus Young in that year’s draft. In 2019, the Nets signed a three year-extension for LeVert’s contract, worth $52.5m.LeVert is managed by Roc Nation, the entertainment and sports management firm founded by musician Jay-Z. George Sumantri was born into a 60-year old family jewelry business. A graduate from Universitas Tarumanegara in Jakarta, George decided that the jewelry business was in his blood. Armed with a professional accreditation in Diamonds and Colored Stones Grading from the Gemological Institute of America, he finally realized his dream of owning a jewelry business, PT Orori Indonesia, in 2002. He launched Orori’s online store in 2006, the first online jewelry store in Indonesia. Encouraged by the success of the online business, he closed down all of the Orori offline stores in 2012 to become a fully online business.

In 2017, Najwa officially left Metro TV to establish omni-channel media network Narasi TV.

They also started another company PT Advotics Teknologi Global in 2016 to help retail companies digitize their supply chains.

Liu Long graduated from Northwestern Polytechnic University based in Xi'an in 2010. The Information and Computing Science graduate went on to the Institute of Remote Sensing Applications (IRSA) at the Chinese Academy of Sciences to pursue a PhD in Microwave Remote Sensing in 2015. He stayed on at the IRSA as a research fellow with funding support from the Youth Science Fund program under the National Natural Science Foundation of China. In 2016, he co-founded agtech startup McFly with two Wuhan University alumni who are also experts in remote sensing technology.
