Founder and CEO of Aibee
Having earned his master’s degree in Optical Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University, Lin received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 2008. In May 2008, he joined NEC Labs America, where he performed research on machine learning and computer vision. In November 2015, Lin was made director of Baidu’s Institute of Deep Learning. In March 2017, he was promoted to head of Baidu Research. Six months after being promoted, Lin left Baidu to found Aibee.

From 1999 to 2006, Wang attended Shaanxi University of Science & Technology, where he earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Mechatronic Engineering. He worked as a senior software engineer for Great Wall Computer Software & Systems Inc., from September 2006 to May 2008 and as a senior systems architect at Ethos Technologies from May 2008 to July 2011. Wang has won the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional award three times. In 2012, he founded Worktile with Li Huijun.

Prior to joining high school friend Hilman Fajrian to develop Arkademi, a new Massive Online Open Course (MOOC) platform, Resi Dwi Erveny was a learning manager at PLN Corporate University, the corporate training division of the state-owned electricity company. She resigned in early 2018 and worked as an HR consultant for Indonesia Power, PLN's commercial subsidiary. Later in 2018, she joined Hilman as Arkademi's Chief Learning Officer, responsible for helping course partners design curricula and develop content tailored for online learning.

Bruno Berchielli has a master’s in AI and digital technology management from the University of Bologna. He also completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration at Brazil’s Insper business school that included studying in Canada.In 2017, Berchielli and brother Leandro started testing the idea for the Blox edtech platform in São Paulo. After spending one year developing the curriculum management platform, Blox was officially launched in 2019. The AI specialist is also a member of São Paulo’s Entrepreneur Circle.

Since 2016, he has been CFO and a member of the founding team of Solatom, a startup developing solar concentrators for industrial applications. He graduated with a masters in science specializing in thermal energy systems for solar plants. He also holds an MBA from the London Business School.

He won the first prize in a competition presenting an app to treat mental illness like phobias. The project led him to co-found Psious in 2014, taking on the role of CBDO. Roig was been responsible for the expansion and innovation strategy of Psious, leading the business development unit until April 2017 when he left the company.Based in Barcelona, he is now the sales manager at Supertronic SA.
