North Sumatran native from Pematangsiantar city, William Tanuwijaya, holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Bina Nusantara University. After graduation, he worked as a software developer in various companies. Kevin An holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from Shanxi University of Finance and Economics. He took part in Amazon China's year-long Junior Leadership Development Program as an Area Manager Trainee at its operations center in Suzhou. In February 2015, An co-founded Sennotech in Shenzhen and has served as Channel Director ever since.

Jordi Romero is a co-founder and CEO of Spanish human resource startup Factorial. He is a computer science engineer who is a partner at Itnig, a Barcelona-based venture builder. Romero was previously CTO and VP for business development at Redbooth, a cloud-based SaaS project management tool that facilitates collaboration and communication between teams. 

Ouyang Fujin graduated in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. Upon graduation, he worked for Tencent till 2015 on open.qq.com's Midas, a charging system for mobile game apps. In 2015, he co-founded DuduBus. In 2018, he co-founded CSC, a C2C car sharing platform using blockchain technology.

Muhammad Senoyodha Brennaf has been building businesses since his time as a computer science and information engineering undergraduate at Inha University, South Korea.  Between 2010 and 2014, he sold SIM cards and cellphones to foreigners, while being engaged in an export-import business. Software engineer Bong Defendy established his first company, Winning-Soft (PT Datacaraka Solusindo), while studying Computer Science at Bina Nusantara University. He has been running the company since 2005, providing various software development and digital consultancy services. In 2017, Defendy and colleague William Lamuda decided to develop ZendMoney, a remittance service for Indonesian migrant workers that would use an e-wallet concept. Defendy continues to run Winning-Soft concurrently with ZendMoney, with Winning-Soft providing development support to ZendMoney.

Before founding Talkmate, Wen spent five years in education both as a university lecturer and as a principal of a Beijing language school owned by Nasdaq-listed China Bilingual Technology & Education Group. Prior to that, he was an investment banker for eight years, taking more than 10 companies public.

Raynalfie Budhy Rahardjo graduated in 2014 with an Engineering degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. He also has an MBA from UGM. He was also an assistant trainer for a program run by the university and Schneider Electric.Raynalfie and several UGM graduates established Atnic, a small venture firm to develop customized electronic gadgets.  Their encounter with entrepreneur and veteran shrimp farmer Aryo Wiryawan led them to develop a water quality sensor for shrimp farms, later branded as Jala.

Muhammad Ajie is a serial entrepreneur who previously co-founded a cafe, a coworking space and a video game development studio. In 2012, the marketing graduate from Institut Teknologi Bandung and four friends established Cafe Siete, with Ajie as CMO. A year later he opened Tinker Games, a mobile game development studio based in Bandung. In 2014, he co-founded CO&CO, Bandung's first coworking space. He left Tinker and Siete in 2018 to set up and run Feedloop as CMO.

Former child prodigy armed with chemistry, law, accounting and economics degrees. Shi graduated in Chemistry from Sichuan University at aged 20. He is also a qualified lawyer and accountant, and a doctor of Economics (PhD, Xiamen University). He founded RichWise Capital, investing in many startups that later went public; and 8jee.com, a lifestyle services website that did not take off.     

Andri Yadi is a software developer who has co-founded three Indonesian IT companies. After establishing Pakar Solusi Telematika (Pastel), he started Dycode in 2007, a software development company that develops lifestyle apps. In 2015, DycodeX was formed as a subsidiary of Dycode to develop IoT products. Andri graduated from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia with a bachelor’s degree in Physics.
