Co-founder and CEO of Payfazz
Hendra Kwik is a co-founder of mobile financial services firm Payfazz. Trained as a chemical engineer at Institut Teknologi Bandung where he earned his bachelor's in 2012, Hendra worked for oilfield services company Schlumberger from 2013 to mid-2015. Following a three-month sabbatical, he briefly joined O2O services company Kudo before establishing Payfazz in 2016. Hendra represented Payfazz at Y Combinator in 2017, making Payfazz the first Indonesian company to graduate from the renowned incubator program.

Kevin Cahya co-founded crypto robo-trading and investment platform Lubna.io in 2018. He started crypto trading as a hobby in 2015 while working as an investment associate at East Ventures. He left the Singapore-based oilfield mining services company in 2017 and returned to Indonesia to become the CPO of PT Advotics Teknologi Global.

Miguel Frasquet Herraiz is passionate about the energy sector, having worked for six years on projects in China, the UAE and several European countries, as well as four years at the CTAER (Advanced Technology Centre for Renewable Energy) as an engineer and solar R&D coordinator. In 2016, Frasquet co-founded Solatom based on his PhD thesis and is currently the CEO of the startup that develops solar concentrators for industrial applications.
