Co-founder and CEO of Logisly
Growing up amid a family-trucking business, Roolin Njotosetiadi has developed a lifelong passion for logistics. The mechanical engineer from Nanyang Technological University majored in manufacturing, including automation, logistics and supply chains. After graduating in 2007, she spent a year studying Advanced Chinese at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.In 2010, the master's postgrad from London School of Economics worked as associate consultant at The Parthenon Group London and later moved back home to work for McKinsey in Jakarta. In 2016, she joined O2O startup Kudo that was acquired by Grab. She co-founded Logisly in 2019 to help digitalize the trucking sector.

Co-founder, Head of Sales and Finance of Doinn
Polish-born Weronika de Castro Figueiredo became co-founder at Doinn in March 2016. She was the co-managing partner and founder of e-commerce company WJ Figueiredo in Portugal for over two years until 2016. After graduating with a master's in Law and International Relations at Warsaw University in 2005, she completed an MBA at the Portuguese Catholic University in 2007. The multi-linguist had also worked for almost seven years as a freelance journalist for Grupa ZPR Media until 2004. She went on to become a marketing specialist at Portuguese supermarket chain Pingo Doce for over five years until 2011.

Nil Salomó Bellavista holds a Masters in Biotechnology and Bioengineering with a specialization in the field of tissue engineering. He worked on building a new 3D printing technique for organs before switching to AI. To do so, Bellavista embarked on a project to apply this technology to the hospitality industry, testing it out at the Nostrum outlet, a self-service food franchise, that he co-owns. The result is Proppos FastPay, an intelligent self-checkout solution powered by computer vision. Founded in 2018, Proppos is currently finalizing pilots with international clients and preparing for its official, commercial launch in 2020.

Gibran Huzaifah ran a composting business and a catfish farm while reading a degree in Biology at Institut Teknologi Bandung in Indonesia. After graduating in 2012, he teamed up with fellow ITB alumnus Chrisna Aditya to establish an aquaculture tech firm PT Multidaya Teknologi Nusantara, aka Cybreed. In 2013, it launched eFishery, an automatic feeder system for aquaculture farms. In 2017, Gibran’s achievements earned him a spot on Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list of notable Asian figures.

By the time he reached high school, he was earning money writing software for local businesses in Balikpapan in the East Kalimantan province. He decided to read Law at Universitas Gadjah Mada, but during his time in university he also ran a software development house. After graduating with a bachelor's degree, he returned to East Kalimantan and worked for a local newspaper before starting his own in 2006. Between 2006 and 2017, Hilman also founded a digital marketing company catering to local businesses and briefly worked as a big data consultant for PLN, Indonesia's state-owned power company. He exited all his roles in late 2017 to begin work on Arkademi, a new Massive Online Open Course (MOOC) platform.
