Adriano de Jódar has a bachelor's in Business Administration from King's College, London and an MBA from IESE Business School of the University of Navarra in Barcelona. He spent most of his early career as a broker in the petroleum sector but at the age of 33 he left his job and launched his first startup, Napbox, an intelligent soundproof cabin that can be installed in public areas providing customers with a private space to rest, sleep or work with no noise or disruption.De Jódar is also Director at Darida, a water brand in Minsk, Belarus.

At the age of 19, Alvin Yap started his first business while studying at Ngee Ann Polytechnic in Singapore. The retail venture for customized phone screen covers was dissolved after one year in 2005. The young business student had also worked at McDonald's, becoming a crew leader within the first year in 2001.During his national service as a platoon sergeant in 2008, Alvin and friends often joined and won several business enterprise competitions. Alvin went on to set up mobile games portal TheMobileGamer that lasted for over six years until April 2015. Laku6 was established a month later.

The mechanical engineer from Nanyang Technological University majored in manufacturing, including automation, logistics and supply chains. After graduating in 2007, she spent a year studying Advanced Chinese at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.In 2010, the master's postgrad from London School of Economics worked as associate consultant at The Parthenon Group London and later moved back home to work for McKinsey in Jakarta. In 2016, she joined O2O startup Kudo that was acquired by Grab. She co-founded Logisly in 2019 to help digitalize the trucking sector.

Pratomo and his wife run the Syamsi Dhuha Foundation, a social enterprise for people with lupus and low vision. Since 2010, he has been a senior advisor at BNP Paribas Investment Partners. In 2017, he started Halofina with Adjie Wicaksana. Pratomo won Indonesia’s Asset Manager CEO of the Year 2008 award from Asia Asset Management.

In 2012, the two friends co-founded startup TOP Research that participated in Rockstart's accelerator program in 2014 and pivoted into TOPDOX. However, since the demise of TOPDOX in December 2017, Jesus is now working as lead designer at Swiss food sustainability platform Foodways. In 2018, the university mates have co-founded another tech startup ikuTeam, with Jesus as lead designer. The file-sharing platform is part of Atlassian Marketplace.

He worked on building a new 3D printing technique for organs before switching to AI. To do so, Bellavista embarked on a project to apply this technology to the hospitality industry, testing it out at the Nostrum outlet, a self-service food franchise, that he co-owns. The result is Proppos FastPay, an intelligent self-checkout solution powered by computer vision. Founded in 2018, Proppos is currently finalizing pilots with international clients and preparing for its official, commercial launch in 2020.
