Co-Founder and Lead Designer of PesanLab since July 2014, Thomas Khogeen has studied graphic design at the Faculty of Art and Design at the Multimedia Nusantara University. He won third place for the Young Professional: Digital category at the Illufest in May 2014. He had worked as a recording engineer and graphic designer, before joining his friends to set up PesanLab, previously known as LabConX.

After graduating in Business Administration at CUNEF in 2010, he studied English for a year in California, USA. His first entrepreneurial venture was in 2009 when he co-founded Deyese Soluciones (D+S), a company specializing in cost optimization. He then worked at Smartgroup Telecomunicaciones for almost two years before co-founding Billin in 2013. He has since attended various courses relating to Venture Capital, M&A and Financing Operations at IEB. He then specialized in web development at Ironhack.

Hilman Fajrian started learning how to code at the age of six. By the time he reached high school, he was earning money writing software for local businesses in Balikpapan in the East Kalimantan province. He decided to read Law at Universitas Gadjah Mada, but during his time in university he also ran a software development house. After graduating with a bachelor's degree, he returned to East Kalimantan and worked for a local newspaper before starting his own in 2006. Between 2006 and 2017, Hilman also founded a digital marketing company catering to local businesses and briefly worked as a big data consultant for PLN, Indonesia's state-owned power company. He exited all his roles in late 2017 to begin work on Arkademi, a new Massive Online Open Course (MOOC) platform.

He used the same name of a company he founded in 2012 and ran with a different team, which was dissolved in 2016. He is the son of the inventor of the technology, Sergio Rico Velasco, and was instrumental in positioning the product’s use from residual waste water treatment to agritech. Rico previously worked in a private school, Indo-American College, in Tlalnepantla in the State of Mexico City as a systems administrator. He joined a SynBio project team to create PHA bioplastics during his postgrad research at university.Li was also the leader of Tsinghua University’s team that won a gold medal at the International Genetically Engineered Machine (iGEM) Design Competition. He met Zhang Haoqian at the iGEM giant jamboree in 2010 and they have remained friends ever since.Li and Zhang co-founded Bluepha in 2016, a spin-off from Tsinghua University’s SynBio research project. In 2018, Li was selected for MIT Technology Review’s list of Innovators under 35. In 2019, he was named one of the 40 Chinese business elites under 40.
