Co-founder and Lead Designer of Unbabel
Seasoned designer Bruno Silva has multiple years of experience as a 3-D artist, web designer and advertising art director. He had worked at various companies, including at multinational marketeers J. Walter Thompson and adtech startup Dezine, before co-founding Unbabel with a few Dezine colleagues in 2013. Silva is currently Unbabel’s lead designer as well as editor. He studied communication design at IADE School of Design in Madrid.

He is also a serial entrepreneur, with startups like Avectris SE in 2004, Online Business Indonesia in 2011 and BWI Press in 2013. Manfred is now based in Bandung as co-founder and CTO of Astronaut Technologies, a video-based recruitment platform.

He returned to Indonesia after leaving Homejoy in 2015 to co-found Qlapa, an online marketplace for handmade products.

He still runs RuangKerja which had previously launched various e-brands, including B2B travel ticket aggregator OkeTiket and e-payments PPOB Nusantara. However, Ditto switched his focus to create Botika, an AI-powered chatbot that can converse with locals in Bahasa Indonesia.

After his master’s in 2003, he worked at a strategic brand consultancy company DM Brands for five years. He developed a new brand agency DM ID with Daniel Surya. Jeffrey joined Daniel’s WIR Group as CTO and also became a director of WIR’s brand technology unit Spacesym, now known as Redspace.
