Vicky Hardiman is an experienced creative professional and self-taught programmer. After graduating from Universitas Bina Nusantara in 2010 with a degree in Visual Communication, Vicky worked at e3Learning as a multimedia developer for the Australian e-learning company. Melia Winata graduated from Australia’s University of Melbourne with a degree in Biomedicine. While studying there between 2010 and 2012, she worked as a Mathematics teacher at Kumon. She eventually returned to Indonesia and became an executive director at the Indonesian branch of international real estate agency RE/MAX Prestige.In 2014, she joined two high school friends to establish Du’Anyam, becoming the CMO at the social enterprise that seeks to empower women through wicker crafting.

Prior to establishing online investment platform Bareksa, Ady Pangerang was the head of the IT department at the Indonesian branch of BNP Paribas. He later held a similar role at VIVA, an Indonesian online news and entertainment portal. Ady left VIVA in 2013 to focus on Bareksa, together with former VIVA colleague Karaniya Dharmasaputra. Ady holds a bachelor’s in Robotics from Ecole Centrale Nantes, France and a master’s in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University, USA.

Daniel Surya has almost 20 years of experience in the branding industry, having worked at agencies like Addison, Landor Associates and The Brand Union. He started AR&Co in 2009. The augmented reality branding startup was later renamed Slingshot.Daniel decided to invest in more ventures including DAV Global under the banner of the WIR Group. He is currently the CEO of WIR and the chairman of the Slingshot group that launched Mindstores.

After graduating from Columbia, he worked at OppenheimerFunds for six months. In early 2015, he returned to China to start his entrepreneurial career. He founded Koala Reading in September 2016.

Thanks to the Singapore-MIT Alliance Fellowship Program, Jeffry William Tani was able to join a four-year postgrad PhD in Manufacturing System and Technology after graduating in 2009 with a Mechanical Engineering degree at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore.In 2013, he joined Schlumberger as a new product development engineer. He left the Singapore-based oilfield mining services company in 2017 and returned to Indonesia to become the CPO of PT Advotics Teknologi Global.

In 2017, Defendy and colleague William Lamuda decided to develop ZendMoney, a remittance service for Indonesian migrant workers that would use an e-wallet concept. Defendy continues to run Winning-Soft concurrently with ZendMoney, with Winning-Soft providing development support to ZendMoney.
