Ballesteros is one of Spain's most prominent serial entrepreneurs and business angels, and the man behind some of the most successful acquisitions in Spain and Latin America. Cabify, Woom Fertility and co-investments with Seaya Ventures form part of his investment portfolio. His first entrepreneurial experience started in 1997 with online classified ads platform Ocioteca.com and MundoSalud (acquired by Sanitas of Bupa Group). Harvard Law graduate Shinta Nurfauzia earned her bachelor's degree in law at Universitas Indonesia. After working as a banking and finance associate at Allen & Overy Indonesia, and as a law associate at Lubis, Santosa & Maramis, Nurfauzia received the prestigious Indonesia Endowment Fund For Education Scholarship to Harvard Law School. Post-Harvard, Nurfauzia worked as a consultant to the Indonesian government sustainability program (REDD+) before founding the healthcare platform Konsula. She started her first business at 14 years old, a pancake business, and then a luxury bag reseller business.After Konsula pivoted to health food company Lemonilo, Nurfauzia remained at the company. She is currently Lemonilo’s co-CEO, sharing the role with Ronald Wijaya.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Nottingham, and took a course in Chinese Studies at East China Normal University. He obtained his master’s in Management, with a concentration in Global Entrepreneurship, from Babson Graduate School. Amaro also spent two months as an analyst at Grameen Bank in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Veteran banker Adrian Asharyanto Gunadi graduated in Accounting from the University of Indonesia and later obtained an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Eramus University. Adrian started his banking career at Citibank in 1998. He was then based at the Standard Chartered Bank in Dubai, UAE, managing global Islamic finance product structuring for the Middle East and North Africa region (MENA), South Asia and Southeast Asia. He specialized in Islamic banking for over eight years at Permata Bank and Bank Muamalat in Indonesia until 2015, when he left to co-found Investree.

In 2009 she co-founded LUCZA, a luxury e-commerce active since 2014. There, she executed marketing and PR strategies including offline and online initiatives.
