Co-founder and CTO of Qlapa
Fransiskus Xaverius is an experienced software engineer. He worked as an intern at RIM and Google during his Computer Science degree course at the University of Washington, USA. After graduating in 2011, he worked as a software engineer at various American tech companies, including the online game firm Zynga, Castlight Health and Homejoy. He returned to Indonesia after leaving Homejoy in 2015 to co-found Qlapa, an online marketplace for handmade products.

Ditto Anindita is a veteran software developer and serial entrepreneur. In 2001, the Universitas Sanata Dharma alumnus decided to start his own software engineering firm PT RuangKerja in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. He still runs RuangKerja which had previously launched various e-brands, including B2B travel ticket aggregator OkeTiket and e-payments PPOB Nusantara. However, Ditto switched his focus to create Botika, an AI-powered chatbot that can converse with locals in Bahasa Indonesia.

Farid was initially SVARA's COO before becoming its CEO at the beginning of 2018. Farid graduated with a bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Technology from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia, where he is currently pursuing his MBA.
