Founder and CEO of Farfetch
Geek meets chic in Farfetch founder and serial entrepreneur José Neves, who first learnt to code when he was eight years old. The economics graduate from the University of Porto launched his first business, software company Grey Matter, while in college. It was then that Neves started learning about the fashion industry, through building operating systems for footwear and textile business clients. He also designed shoes under the brand Swear, and after moving to the UK, Neves opened the brand’s physical store before moving to launch a menswear shop called B Store. He is currently CEO of Farfetch, the non-executive director at the British Fashion Council and the non-executive chairman at PLATFORME International.

Oscar Pierre (b.1992) trained as an aerospace engineer at the Polytechnic University of Barcelona (UPC) in Spain and later at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, USA. He interned at Airbus, before starting his entrepreneurial career in 2014 by founding startups like Zikkomo and FUO Concept. Zikkomo is a platform that drives education in Malawi through multiple Active Africa ONG projects. He completed an MBA at Cornell University in 2005.He started his career as a brand architect with the Michael Antonio Footwear Group, working his way up to its head of product and later its CEO until 2019. He was also a founder partner at Shoe Dazzle from 2008 to 2011. In 2016, he joined the team to set up 4D ShoeTech before the company was officially launched in 2017.

Since 2017, Constanza Lucero has been the co-founder and Chief Medical Officer at Biel Glasses, a medtech startup offering relief to people with low vision. She is the mother of Biel, who was born with low vision and the impetus for the startup.
