Redpoint China Ventures focuses on early-stage TMT startups in the consumer services, transaction platforms, social networking, video entertainment, digital advertisement, big data, cloud technology, SaaS, information security and artificial intelligence sectors, among others. It has invested in more than 50 domestic consumer internet and enterprise IT companies. It has been the first institutional investor or founding investor in 80% of its investments.

While developing Uniplaces, he was an entrepreneur-in-residence at Picvic Labs (France), Zhejiang University Innovation Institute (China) and Osram (United States). Amaro is currently part of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers.

Headquartered in Zhengzhou, China Reform TUS Fund is China's first capital management fund. Jointly backed by state-level venture capital funds, top Chinese universities and the provincial government, it invests primarily in new energy, healthcare and information technology.

Founded in 2009, Guangdong China Science & Merchants Capital Management is a subsidiary of China Science & Merchants Investment (Fund) Management, with the support of the Guangdong government. It invests in pre-IPO companies, regional leading enterprises and fast-growing innovative startups.

Evolution Media China (EMC) was founded in Beijing by Evolution Media Partners, the investment arm of American talent and sports agency Creative Artists Agency and Evolution Media Capital, in early 2016. EMC currently manages a total of US$350 million in assets. The firm invests primary in startups with potential from the Asia-Pacific region, with a focus on China, in sectors such as media, entertainment, sports, advertising and lifestyle.

Formerly Fidelity Growth Partners, the renamed Eight Roads Ventures is the investment arm of Fidelity International Limited. In China for over 20 years, it counts among its successful investments/exits Alibaba, WuXi PharmaTech, AsiaInfo and iSoftStone. It focuses on early- and growth-stage companies across eight broad sectors.

Elevation China Capital (ECC) is an equity investment firm, with offices in Shenzhen, Shanghai and Silicon Valley. Founded in Beijing in June 2010 by managing partner Man Li, the VC focuses on investments in early-stage and high-growth stage tech companies.In August 2019, Shenzen's IGTech became its most recent investment as part of a seed funding worth RMB 10m. The Guangdong company provides intelligent manufacturing solutions to help digitize the production process to improve safety, efficiency and quality using advance data management technology.

Founded in 2016, BHCP is an equity investment fund under BOC International. The wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank of China offers investment banking and securities brokerage services. It mainly invests in companies at a later stage, usually after Series C round.

Founded by Feng Bo, who left China for San Francisco at aged 18 and returning in 1994, as one of technology-focused boutique investment bank Robertson Stephens' first bankers in China. Feng set up Ceyuan Ventures in 2004, focusing on early-stage IT and emerging growth firms in China. Notable investments include Jiayuan, Qihoo 360, Dianping and Meitu. Feng Bo is the brother of Feng Tao, another leading investor, and founder and head of NewMargin Ventures.

Founded in 2000, Shan Xiangshuang's private equity outfit China Science & Merchants Investment Management Group (CSC) has about US$10 billion under management. It has an extensive network in China and built relationships with more than 1,000 LPs. Dubbed "China's Schwarzman," Shan set up CSC with RMB 600,000. The company went public on China's New Third Board (NEEQ) in 2015, where it raised almost US$2 billion.

Sinolink Securities, one of China’s first securities exchanges, was founded in 1990. Since 2013, its securities have been graded AA by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Sinolink Securities’ main focuses are securities, futures exchange and funds, but it also has an investment bank department.

Founded in 2006 by executives from the People’s Bank of China, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, commercial banks, brokerages, insurance companies, funds and other financial institutions, Sensegain Asset Management has AUM (assets under management) of RMB 69 billion. It focuses on private equity, venture capital investment, M&A, market value management for public companies and public equity investment. Sensegain has 150+ FTEs with strong financial backgrounds and a broad range of industry expertise.
