Software engineer-turned-banker Dipo Satria worked at the Jakarta offices of international banks ABN AMRO and Macquarie for almost eight years, before taking a break in 2009 to pursue an MBA at Instituto de Empresa, Spain.He left Macquarie in December 2013, joining forest conservation company Jaga Rimba as a director of Finance and Business Development. The following year, he established DanaDidik, a crowdfunding platform that disburses student loans.

A World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, Rebeca Minguela founded Blink, a hotel booking app that was acquired by Groupon, and Clarity.AI, a SaaS optimizing the social impact of investments. She holds an engineering degree from UPM (Technical University of Madrid) Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros de Telecomunicación, and a master’s in Information Technology from the University of Stuttgart. After working at IBM, Siemens, the German Space Agency and BCG, she won a scholarship to pursue an MBA at Harvard Business School. She later led Santander Bank’s Global Digital Transformation Program. She was born in 1981 in Valladolid, Spain.

Ramón Blanco Duelo worked for Banco Santander before founding Selftrade.es in 1999. Selftrade.es, one of the first Spanish online brokers, was sold to Boursorama Banque in 2002. Blanco was awarded a Fulbright scholarship and has an MBA from the Harvard Business School in USA. A specialist in corporate digital transformation processes, he currently has roles as CEO, Executive Chairman and investor in several fintechs and other companies involved in internet banking, brokerage and e-commerce.

Alexandre Díaz Codina is a Business Administration graduate from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF). He joined Arkyne Technologies as co-founder and CFO in November 2015. He left Arkyne and the Bioo project in May 2017.While working on the Bioo project, Díaz and fellow co-founders were named as promising young entrepreneurs in Forbes 30u30 Europe. He also co-founded youth forum Impact.Barcelona in February 2016 with UPF alumni to give youths a “voice” in society. In January 2018 he joined AZ Capital as an investment banking intern.

The co-CEO and co-founder of Billin, Marcos de la Cueva Orbe is a graduate from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He joined PwC as an auditor in 2009 and worked there for 18 months before becoming an associate at Nplusone, part of the Alantra global investment banking and asset management firm based in Madrid. He left after over 3 years to join Billin in April 2014.

Daniel Jadraque is a trained Civil Engineer who co-founded Datary, a data exchange marketplace, soon after graduating from the Polytechnic University in Madrid. In addition to being Datary's Managing Director, Jadraque is a startup mentor at Google's Madrid Campus and a visiting professor at the Polytechnic University in Madrid. He is also advisor to the BBVA and ING banks for the development of digital products as well as consultant on data flow and data protection to members of the European Commission and its parliament.

Alihan Tjohjono, also known as Ming, is a veteran businessman with experience in agribusiness. After earning his bachelor’s in Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA, he worked in Singapore for the Sumitomo Trust and Banking Corporation. He returned to Indonesia in 2001 to assume the role of executive director of cosmetics manufacturer Astoria. In 2008, he became the CEO of Prima Agri Tech, an agrochemicals manufacturer. His latest venture, Karsa, is a social platform for farmers and agricultural stakeholders.

Adrianus Hitijahubessy was trained in Mechatronics, graduating in 2006 from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor's and master's in Mechanical Engineering. On graduation, he worked at banking firm Capital One, leaving in 2012 for eBay and later Cignifi, where he became head of product for credit scoring and marketplace lending. He left Cignifi in 2016, returning to Indonesia to establish microlending startup JULO the following year.

Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Nicko Batubara had built a strong career in banking. After graduating in 2012 with a bachelor's in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Indonesia, Nicko joined Citibank as a financial officer and rose to become an Assistant Vice President in 2015. He left the company in 2017 to establish logistics service startup Pakde.

Born in Ávila, Spain, Juan Ignacio Bautista Sánchez holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences from Alfonso X el Sabio University in Madrid. After working in asset management and due diligence in the renewable energy industry, first in Blue Tree Assets Management and later in Vela Energy, he presented his startup at Santander Bank's Yuzz entrepreneurship program. He won at the local level and was able to travel to Silicon Valley. Subsequent awards encouraged him to focus on Fundeen, where he has been serving as CEO since July 2017.

Indonesian Rika Christanto grew up in the US. A Harvard MBA graduate she has worked as an investment banking analyst in the technology group of Morgan Stanley and has over four years of consultancy experience in McKinsey.Christanto's first experience in the logistics sector was when she worked for an NGO in Uganda leading the operations to create a nationwide dairy supply chain. She left the consultancy world in 2016 to join OnTruck, an innovation-oriented logistics company that optimizes road freight transportation through technology, as a co-founder and CFO. She’s currently the company’s COO, leading both operations and finance.

Ricky Winata is a software engineer and developer who established mobile banking platform Payfazz in 2016. Upon graduation in 2012, he worked at Tiket.com as a software developer for two years before joining software development firm Topcoder. Ricky then assumed the role of senior engineer at Traveloka, a competitor of Tiket.com before establishing Payfazz. Ricky holds a bachelor's in Computer Science from Universitas Bina Nusantara, Indonesia.  

Joaquín Guanter Gonzálbez, also known as Ximo, is a co-founder and former CTO of Coinffeine, a P2P bitcoin exchange platform backed by Bankinter .He has a degree in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPC) with a specialization in Language Theory and AI.  For more than six years he worked as a Software Developer at Microsoft and since 2012 he's been working for the R&D department at Telefónica. His expertize and interests are focused on programming languages, AI and statistics. 

After a brief career in banking, Spencer Deng co-founded the logistics robotics startup Dorabot and became its CEO. The economics graduate from Sun Yat-sen University was an associate at JP Morgan before joining UPS, where he rose to become a manager for the Asia-Pacific region. He joined Dorabot in 2015, and was featured in Forbes China’s 30 Under 30 in 2017 and 2018. 

Ivan Nikolas Tambunan is a lawyer-turned-entrepreneur who co-founded the P2P lending site Akseleran. After graduating from Universitas Indonesia in 2009 with a Bachelor's in Law, Ivan worked as an associate at AFS Partnership, handling various corporate law cases in civil and criminal courts. He left in 2011 for a short stint at the Makarim & Taira S law firm. In 2012, he joined Allen & Overy as a transactional banking lawyer. Before he left Allen & Overy in 2017, he advised various clients, including the Artha Graha Group and Macquarie. He and his co-founders started developing Akseleran in 2016 and launched an early version in March 2017.Ivan earned a Master's degree in Law & Finance from Queen Mary University of London. His thesis was on the topic of crowdfunding and became part of the inspiration behind establishing Akseleran.
